Holly Wood, LISW-S, is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Clinical Therapist offering telehealth and in-person counseling based in the Columbus, Ohio area and serving clients throughout Ohio. With over 37 years of experience, she works with individuals, couples, and parents seeking support for anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Holly earned her Master’s Degree from The Ohio State University and has worked in Community Mental Health, Private and Christian Counseling Practices, Family Practice, Schools, Health and Wellness settings, and Substance Abuse Treatment Programs. This diverse background allows her to meet clients with practical insight and compassionate care.

Her approach is collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental. Holly helps clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, improve communication, and develop realistic strategies for lasting change. She is especially passionate about Holistic Counseling—addressing mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
